About

Shiemi had been born to an American mother who had a one night stand. She never knew her father, only that her mother recieved child support that she blew on drugs. Shiemi grew up completely neglected and learned to fend for herself since a very young age. She began a life of crime at the age of 12 where she helped a local gang with drug smuggling. She eventually managed to climb the ranks and became an information gatherer - a spy, basically.

She had been caught by a rather powerful and intimidating rival gang when she was eavesdropping and subjected her to torture for months. Her torturer was extremely violent, and took both her eye and, with surgeon level expertise, her womb. The gang member that guarded her room, fed her, and occassionally bathed her had witnessed enough of this violence and broke Shiemi out. The two fled and found roots in California. Kazue - her rescuer - stuck with her through it all, and the two fell in love. They married and began their own new underground empire of crime.

Design Notes

• Her hair always falls over her missing and scarred right eye.
• The scar on her eye is a crude ‘y’ shape, with a little extra cut alongside the bottom portion of it.
• Scars along her lower stomach/pelivs area similar to the scars from a c section.
• Her expression is always smug, like she knows something you don’t.

• Shiemi really wants two guard dogs so she can look more dangerous.
• Although cool and collected, she is easily flustered by her wife.
• She is pagan, and communes with the moon deities specifically.
• Her favorite color is mauve.
• She didn't ever want to marry until one day, she realized who she never wanted to lose.

Relationships

Kazue [ wife ]

Kazue was once the guard who kept her company while Shiemi was locked up, but eventually, the two became closer than intended. Once Kazue broke Shiemi out, the two were inseperable. The two married after nearly six years together as they gained control of the crime underworld.

Nani [ daughter ]

Nani came into Shiemi's life with little fanfare, but the little girl wooed Shiemi's heart instantly. Kazue was the first to ask about adoption, and Shiemi knew instantly who she wanted in their family. Nani and Shiemi love each other to pieces, and nothing brings more joy to Shiemi than waking up to her daughter and wife cooking breakfast in the kitchen.
