Cotton

Cotton's life was upended when he was taken from the wild and turned into a Shadow Pokemon by Cipher. Although they intended for him to be given to a trainer who beat the Pyrite Colosseum, he was rescued by Wendy, Citrine and Peach before he was handed off. 

Cotton can be arrogant and brash, but this is largely a facade she uses to mask her insecurity. She isn't used to having supportive friends, so being rescued by Wendy's team was a big shock to her. She's trying to open up to them as they work to take down Cipher, since this team is a place she feels she can belong.
