On a full moon, Chizuki is always standing mysteriously & menacingly, making sure that no one knows about themselves & their past. All that is known is that they’re a dancer that drives people insane while also being very mischievous & sneaky, managing to fool those around them into doing what they want. With their charisma, Chizuki usually gets people to dance on their side until they lose themselves. Although usually immune to people’s manipulative tendencies, not even they could resist a certain prince’s charm. Chizuki also seems to be pretty secretive and not very expressive. Despite this, they can be pretty smug, especially when they're facing people they see as silly. No one can be sure of what their goals truly are…

Mystery
Everything about Chizuki is a mystery, although it’s a little surprising they share their real name this quickly. Other than that, not much is known about their hobbies & life outside of driving people insane for fun.
Mischief
Since they spent a lot of time without a home, they had to make their time out fun somehow, which made them very mischievous. To entertain themselves, Chizuki always causes trouble even if it hurts others.
Charisma
Their abilities make it easier to charm people into doing what they want them to do, although this doesn’t work with everyone. Usually, they use it to make people dance with them until they go insane, though.
Lack of expression
It’s not that they’re emotionless, but rather they feel like their emotions aren’t that interesting. Because of that, Chizuki tends to be very tame when reacting to things in general, almost seeming dry at times.
Story
The appearance of the Moon Rabbit
No one knows where the Moon Rabbit comes from. And, no one knows anything about them. They appeared out of nowhere one night in Obsculithe and have been bothering those trying to live a normal life since then. Many stories of people going insane, whether temporary or permanently, kept making the headlines all around the region.
Those who dared find the one causing all of this madness end up going mad themselves. It wasn’t until one prince defied the rabbit’s entire scheme by being immune to their magic. Having absolutely no chance to defeat the vampire prince, they admitted defeat and pledged to work for him for as long as they could, which greatly pleased the lord. He knew he could make great use of this rabble, fully aware of the amount of mayhem they had caused with their magic abilities and believed they would be very useful for his future plans…
Though, be careful when working with a Moon Rabbit...who knows, maybe they are the one playing with you. And, maybe they are secretly plotting your own downfall with your rivals for their own entertainment. After all, what other motive would they have now that they had nothing from their old world aside for entertainment?

Basic abilities
Mostly active at night, Chizuki has exceptional night vision and a great sense of hearing. While they can’t float, they are pretty fast and their jumps almost look like they’re floating…but they’re not. They seem to also become a lot stronger when the full moon comes, and even stronger when it’s a blood moon. Unfortunately for them, they can’t transform a moon into a blood one unless they have access to a very powerful spell.
Manipulation of Sanity
Chizuki has the particular ability to manipulate people’s sanity, especially through dancing. They can lure people by using this ability and then stare at them while dancing until they lose their sanity. While this isn’t exactly a form of mind control, Chizuki can definitely use this ability to help recruit people on their side…in the most creative way possible.

- Chizuki means blood moon & Amari means eternal in Japanese. Tsukuyomi is the god of the night in Japanese mythology. I might change the names though, I'm not 100% sure yet!
- I did take some inspiration from Reisen Udongein Inaba (Touhou) mainly in terms of abilities, but that's all!
- They have never really understood the concept of gender and would rather not conform to any concept of gender, so they see themselves as non-binary.
- Even if they seem most active during the autumn season when families assemble and enjoy a hearthy meal together, ironically, Chizuki doesn't particularly enjoy eating food with others. They are most often seen eating food at their corner...and pretty fast, too.
- On the other hand, one of their main hobbies is to follow the lonely in the middle of the night in hopes of dancing with them and maybe even driving them insane for their own entertainment.
- They sometimes say "Ara Ara"...just because.
Relationships
To this day, Chizuki is still very shocked that Procyon is immune to their ability, which caused them to join him in his quest to overtake Sirius once and for all. They are kind of doing their own thing, however they are still very loyal to Procyon and will most likely not betray him to work for someone else due to him showing his strength to them in battle quite a few times.
At first believing Alastair was very suspicious, Chizuki slowly became closer to him, even sometimes thinking about following his plans without having to betray Procyon. In other words, they want to help him without having to confront Procyon directly, although they know they will have to do so eventually…
Surprisingly enough…these two get along pretty well! With them having very weird takes on certain things the world has to offer, they sometimes have some very twisted conversations about relationships & friendship in general with some tea in the middle of the night when there isn’t a full moon. They are not exactly best friends, but they are friends, that’s for sure.
Chizuki seems to very much like Vihaan, however since she is often seen out of Obsculithe, it is hard for them to spend time with her especially since she’s very busy gathering knowledge for Procyon. They would love to get to know her a lot more though, and they firmly believe they will be able to, as Vihaan is extremely loyal to Procyon.
When Heartbreaker does show up in Noctem Mansion, she’s always seen rambling about her sad breakup stories and Chizuki is often the only one actually listening to her. While they’re not very interested in romance in general, they kind of see where she’s coming from. However, they believe there’s more to her than just sad love stories and would love to get to know her more.
While not exactly an enemy, Chizuki does encounter Xena during random nights at times and the two of them find themselves fighting sometimes due to Chizuki trying to bother Xena when she’s just trying to complete her quests. They don’t get along very well and while Chizuki loves to bother Xena, the latter wants nothing to do with them.
