The Exophage

The Exophage are a living parasitic insect-like species of extraterrestrials that have achieved biological immortality through their long deep spaceflights. They come from the distant hidden IC 342 galaxy. Their home world was ruined by extreme weather events that caused trillions of deaths across their planet, so the Exophage became nomads, scavengers and harvesters who travel in bizarre starships and try and find the most compatible planet to terraform into a new home world and create more hives across the universe.
