God Hand: Right hand can rip through any physical material at full force. Level of activity is triggered by emotional state and maintained by physical condition. User is otherwise human and has all related drawbacks. Unable to stop mental, elemental, or energy based attacks.

Background

A former delinquent turned rookie cop. As a youth he was feisty lad, but was harmless due to his small size. Life started to go down hill when his ability manifested at 13, but he managed to turn things around for the better. Although he recently achieved his goal of becoming a police officer, he still has a hair trigger temper that he's trying to manage, but old habits are hard to break.

• Shinn Don-ho (신돈호) (辛燉虎) means spicy/bitter, blazing/simmering Tiger.
• Was originally right handed until his ability manifested. Since then he's learned to use his left hand and is ambidextrous (predominantly uses his left for daily tasks).
• Terrified of driving and doesn't have a licence. Patrols by bike.
• Has to pay any unjustified property damage during the job out of pocket. As such he never has much money and is frugal.
