Basics
A wayward teen, Huey is a neurotic mess a majority of the time. He has gone from foster home to foster home since youth, struggling with mental illness and psychotic episodes. He suffers from hallucinations, intense paranoia, and struggles to ground himself to reality. It wasn’t until he met Czar that his life began a sense of normality; Czar became his caretaker as a father figure and helps Huey stabilize his life by taking medication regularly and seeing a therapist.

History
Huey was never one of fortunate circumstances; he grew up in a house with domestic abuse between his parents. His mother ultimately ended up shooting his father due to his abuse towards her and Huey, however she picked up on many of his habits. Tired of his abuse and feeling the pull of escapism, he fled one night on the train behind their run-down suburb. Exhausted, he eventually stopped in the big city, crashing in an alley. For weeks, he remained homeless. Due to a lack of planning and mental instability, he was unsure of how to make a life for himself and merely scrounged for food.
Relationships
Czar [ friend ]
Huey admires Czar and follows his directions whenever it is advised. He trusts him and enjoys his company, often only leaving their quarters with Czar's help. Because of his auditory hallucinations, he often looks to Czar for help with his mental illness both through medicine and through companionship.
