Mithi - A Filipino word meaning "Wish", I picked this as his name because of the original idea of the design for his Origin Tail where he dreamed of becoming a bird instead of a human; I also wanted to personalize this character a little more and since I am half-Filipino I thought it appropriate.

In an effort to explore the surface levels of Lalaika, [-INSERTWIZARDARCHAEOLOGISTNAMEHERE-], created the Oto named Mithi. His goals were to produce a unit capable of survival on the plane, often referred to by Lalaikans as "The Below". He fabricated the Oto to have a docile disposition towards lifeforms who lived among "The Canopy". However, Mithi was also tasked to be aggressive towards the more dangerous wildlife living in The Below. Some of the primary duties that were established in Mithi's protocol were to explore the ecosystem and ancient ruins, locate relics, and safeguard travelers.
But there was a mysterious sudden disappearance of the archaeologist. With no letter left behind this piqued the Oto’s curiosity and concern which led to Mithi and their Elnin companions to seek out the whereabouts of the one who had taken care of them when they had been struggling.
