About
Jiayi Huang was a Chinese American high schooler who, thanks to a lonely childhood with only her grandma raising her, desperately wanted attention in any form. She'd often make jokes in class, inturrupt the teacher if it made friends laugh, and often was up to strange antics. She didn't see a future for herself, so she just tried to have fun with her life while it lasted. Until her freshman year when she met Fuyuko, she suddenly became interested in her naturally and they started talking, realizing they shared a lot of interests.
Jiayi finally felt happy and began trying harder in school so that she'd have a better future with Fuyuko, to be someone Fuyuko could be proud of saying she's her girlfriend. Until Fuyuko suddenly killed herself after a rejection from a university. Devastated, she lost all hope and completely succumbed to an idle life. After eventually not being able to handle it any more, she also kills herself, though her soul is picked up by the devil. Her greatest sin at her time of dying was sloth, so she is marked with that.
Design Notes
- Jiayi is a Calamitous Devil, and has long wings that reaches to her ankles
- She has cuffs with broken chains around her wrists and ankles, though only the ones on her wrist are visible. She also has a devil tail with golden decorations on it.
- Her sin is sloth, and the markings are on both of her hands
- Jiayi's hair is a little longer than shoulder length and is black naturally
- Her ears are a little pointier than a regular human's
