Owen is the loyal servant of a noble merchant from the Kingdom of Sun. Serious and efficient, he's completely devoted to serve and protect his master, and he follows him everywhere to take care of his business. There is nothing he wouldn't do for him.
Little is known about his past, and except for the family that he serves, he seems to guard himself well from revealing anything about it.
Trivia and fact
• He has a stone hand, the left. Looks like it's the result of a curse; he knows perfectly how to replicate the potion to turn things into stone because he memorized it as a child.
• He has a female pet rat, named Business. He found her in Corin's cabin, and she got so attached to him he just brought her away with him.
• During Part Two of the Third Reign campaign he briefly wore Odin's Orb. That's actually what unlocked his hidden nature.
• At the end Part Two of the Third Reign campaign, with a coup d'état he became king of Garoin, obtaining the title and the royal scepter. However, it was just a ruse to allow his master and adoptive father, and his friend and queen, to make Garoin no more an independent region, but part of the bigger Sun Kingdom, to whom he gave up his lands. That's how he got Garoin's Crown Wish, and he expressed the desire to become a shapeshifter perfectly able to use his power.
• He also proposed and had a short official engagement with the berserk princess Illuminata da Lucis. However, he actively detests her and openly told her it was just to get to the crown, to gain control and save the people of her kingdom. When the marriage became unnecessary to the incoronation, they happily, immediately broke up.
