Profile
Energetic, loud and usually moving in excitement is the first thing you think of when meeting Moka for the first time. She can be a handful at first, but this little ball of energy wants fulfill her dream of being an athletic hero!
Moka has a lot of compassion and kindness towards others, even villains…though most of the time, she’s truly itching for a competitive contest against them! Her gullible and trusting attitude amuses her friends but also makes her a target for manipulation.
Moka can enhance her physical condition and senses thanks to her large adrenal glands attached to her ears and her neuron hair brain. Its merged with the adrenal to create a mixture of active steroid that always churns, never burns out till Moka uses it. As a result, her ‘hair’ bubbles visibly, like a lava lamp!
When activated, a burst of adrenaline is pumped towards any part of her body, mostly arms or legs. This gives Moka close to invincible strength and agility: But only for 2 minutes. Afterwards she falls into exhaustion and cant fight anymore till fully charged.
She recently discovered she can transfer her adrenaline energy to another quirk user when they need a boost-((kinda like having a shot of coffee)) It's incredibly useful to other heroes and promotes Moka to be a support hero..but she doesn’t want that roll.
After years of leisure training at a young age, Moka aspired to be an athletic hero just like her father, Barley Kohi. Her first training begun, spending more time in the gym by herself in middle school. She had ‘friends’ but they only used and manipulated her cause of her quirk. After relentless exercise and begging to enter from her disapproved mother, she passed the UA practice exam effortlessly.
Now in Class 4, Moka will soon realise she needs to reach out to students and open herself up to true friendships. Her other goals are to expand her quirk from her feet to her whole body and 6 senses.
- Her eyes are pink and yellow (sometimes a bolt is visible in her eyes, symbolising her full energy!)
- Coffee, sugary treats etc really hypes her up, accelerating her quirk dangerously- she's banned from eating them, only to restore strength.
- Because of her poor social interaction, she thinks friends only use friends. UA will teach her ways for the better!
- Moka's hair is like a lava lamp in appearance and feels rubbery. Her ears, however has a squishy jelly bean texture.
- When her energy is all used up, her hair shrinks, eyes darken and her fatigue on high. Worse cases, collapse and faint for a long time.

An athlete champion known to many, Barley is an American who wanted to be a hero but ended up not passing any hero exam to any of the schools. He eventually stuck with his athletics and grew into a strong contender. He’s quite built: Strong arms and legs with a unique quirk!

A free-spirit and multilingual lady who used to work in a communications company for social events in Japan. She retired after giving birth to Moka and now teaches English in a local middle school. She always dreamed of owning a cafe!
