Telepathy (Ability)
In Gijinka form, Hova can project emotions and images towards others telepathically, and receive them in response. She can only receive images that others desire for her to see, however.
In Feral form, Hova can instinctively sense her teammates’ next actions, allowing her to dodge attacks that would otherwise hit everything.
Disarming Voice
Hova sings a soft tune that is grating to her opponents’ ears only.
Psychic
Hova’s eyes glow with a blue light. This allows her to telekinetically lift objects totalling up to her body weight. She can also shove opponents backwards this way.
Destiny Bond
A dark blue light extends from Hova’s forehead horn, wrapping around the target’s chest. For five seconds after that, any pain Hova feels is also inflicted onto the opponent, though they do not receive her injuries. Pain from sources apart from the specific opponent also count.
Teleport
Hova can teleport to anywhere within her line of sight, or to a location she knows. The former is usable in quick succession for 10 times before a 1-hour cooldown kicks in, while the latter has a 1-hour cooldown per use. She can teleport with others, but it makes her significantly more tired and - for the latter type of teleportation - lengthens the cooldown to 2 hours.
Misc powers
- Hova feels warm in the presence of joy, courage, or hope. She feels cold in the presence of sadness, disappointment, or despair. Anger and terror are burning and freezing respectively.
- Hova can hover slightly above the ground in gijinka form, up to 0.3m/1’ from ground level. She can move around while levitating.
- Hova can sense emotions that others feel, and her own can be influenced this way. The target of her emotions are not necessarily the same as the one she felt those emotions from, though.

Backstory
Born in a little village on the same island that houses the Tree of Life, Hova spent her childhood in a caring environment. Her family was predominantly made up of Ralts and Kirlias. One of her best friends was a Cottonnee two years younger than her named Shane.
She started learning gymnastics at a young age and basically kept learning it alongside regular schoolwork. On their little island, gymnastics was not a useful skill at all, especially since, as a Ralts-a species that could levitate, Hova can’t even use it in feral form, so it was considered at best a hobby for her.
One day, the Sea of Wonders began churning with a storm. Groups of GCSF members came onto the island, directing residents off the island and towards ships that would bring them to Ethovalon for them to stay until the storm dissipated.
As the storm got stronger, an Eevee gijinka approached to point this village’s residents towards a rescue ship. Just as everyone were getting out, though, the storm turned into a flash flood, destroying many homes. Hova managed to get onto dry land, but Shane and the Eevee gijinka were stuck.
“Keep going!” The Eevee called out to them. She actually seemed to be doing pretty well, balancing the wooden plank expertly despite Shane’s added weight. Knowing she couldn’t help, Hova and anyone remaining followed the command, running in the direction they were pointed to.
Soon, they came upon a grey girl with orbs of pink light surrounding her, pointing them towards where the ship was. Someone informed her of the Eevee gijinka’s problems. Hova could clearly feel how agitated she was as she hurried off towards where the village once was.
On the ship, Hova learned from the crew that the pair were called the “X-Team”. The Eevee was named Rina, while the other one was an Unown X named Alex.
Not long after, the two returned, having rescued Shane. Hova was amazed by the pair. Upon arriving in Ethovalon, she decided that she would join the X-Team as repayment for them saving Shane, since he was still too young to join the GCSF. When his 16th birthday passed, though, he might join as well.
Despite some initial concerns over Hova’s ability to protect herself, she soon proved able. Hence, Rina and Alex agreed to allow her to join.

- Shane (NPC for now)--Friend: Growing up alongside Hova, the two of them were the best of friends. Hova was overjoyed at his safety.
- Rina (Mine)--Team leader/Admired: Hova was amazed by how Rina helped rescue Shane and by her skill in evacuating everyone, and looks up to her.
- Alex (Mine)--Team leader/Admired: Hova was amazed that Alex could rescue Shane and Rina from the flooded remains of the village, and looks up to her.
