NAME has the abilities to shoot electrified ice shards and manipulate these shards. When she is using them her eyes glow blue. Most of the time she wears them more as ice stones around her neck and wrists. If one of her shards are melted it does take her a minute to create one ice stone. She can also merge her stones together and make them into a larger stone/shard. If the stone or shards get shattered she can manipulate these smaller pieces. She can make little ice sculptures that do not melt unless they are next to a heated source such as an open flame and tends to give these as little gifts for others.
