Sync

Sync is a suave, arrogant player. He's cocky about his powers (being able
to control any sort of electricity or electrical current) and really enjoys showing
them off. He thinks highly of himself and he's very intelligent, but that's not to
say his chauvinistic ways don't get the better of him at times. 

*His bright blue markings glow whenever he
 uses his electrical abilities, as shown below.
