Dan is a little Chupacabra pup that's owned by Ned, Cloud and Rox. She was found in the pouring rain by the three and quickly taken care of. Since then, Dan has become a very energetic puppy with no concept of personal space.
Chupacabra pups need to constantly be in a warm environment, or else they get sick. So Dan spends most of her time inside Ned's flannel, in a plastic bag or a sweater.

Her original name was Laura, but because Ned kept forgetting she was called Laura they named her after the grocery bag she's wearing instead.

Fun fact: The name of the grocery bag is actually a bootleg version of a grocery store here in the Netherlands called Dirk
