Dimitri is an easy going guy that relies way too much on this luck.
Thanks to his absurd luck he survived some crazy situation. Yet he keeps on pushing his luck whenever he can, getting into a life of crime and using his 'passive ability' to get out tight situations.
However his time was running short. When this luck didn't work as it should he ended up on the hospital, in a life-death situation. Well, he was very lucky to survive that...
About
Dimitri heard a story from his mother, when he was very young. She told him that she had trouble carrying pregnancy and was afraid to lose yet another child. When she was expecting him and her body was signing it wouldn't hold the pregnancy again, she made a deal with an unkown entity. She doesn't know how to explain it properly, but she believes the fact he was born was thanks to an 'angel's' grace.
Dimitri didn't believe that until the day this entity paid him a visit. It was no angel, but...a demon. he knew that was an omen, he could feel it. Yet, it was too late for him. Living a life on the edge he had many enemies, and once his luck run out, he knew he'd need to face them.
Was he prepared? Surely not. When this time came he was beaten so hard he barely survived. On the hospital he had a vision of the arfter life and it changes him forever.
