I really like this design and honestly the character in general. I really like designs that cover a character's face in some way, don't know why, so needless to say I really like the hood and his hair style. His design shows his personality pretty well, my first impression of him was pretty close to how he actually is. Have no idea what this Angel Game thing is but I guess I can find info on that somewhere.

I'm really curious though, what makes you think his design and bio is close to your first impression of him? I think that's the first time I heard of that since most, if not all the time, he often get impressions like "he's an emo or a creep" (which I don't blame them because that's the stereotypical trope you'd get for someone with this design, hahah) only to turn out that he's not one at all, lol. Nothing against your opinion, of course, just pure curiosity!
Also Angel Game is a really important aspect of my characters and plot, I've explained it in my main folder's description!
