• Crafting/Building - When it comes to crafts/etc, Carook takes to it quickly due to his own interest and enjoyment in creating things. One such example is a pair of bracelets he crafted for he and Starlight.

After his mother's passing, Carook's life shifted from a humble, but happy one into an unpleasant childhood filled to the brim with ridicule from his peers while under his father's "care". Carook became an anxious, fretful and apologetic young man, scared of other people, desperate for a way out. He dreamed of freedom, of exploration, of...companionship- and knew he could never do so in his current surroundings.

After running away around the age of 14-15, he has continued to struggle to connect with others due to his apprehension, but has generally been treated with an unfamiliar respect. The villagers are far kinder than what he has known, although they tend to keep a respectful distance, not wanting to frighten him further. Bit by bit, they have been helping him open up, but he finds himself clamming up at the worst moments and running away. Despite it all, however, he holds onto his determination and hope that someday, somehow, he'll meet a true friend, and that maybe, just maybe, he could achieve his dreams alongside them. Perhaps then, he would feel he was deserving of love.

• Carook is transgender, and has known it from a very young age. He did not know there were any differences between girls and boys so figured it was a choice; he simply knew he wanted to be a boy instead. His mother respected his identity, while his father forced him to hide it.
