By ordering a commission from me, user VernieGreen ("the Artist"), you ("the Client", "(s)he/ they") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/ cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/ or a blacklist/ public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.

Section 1.1 - general rules

•  Anyone in my blacklist is prohibited from purchasing any sort of goods from me.
• Credit on anything you have already paid for isn’t necessary, wether it be art or and adoptable.
• If I gain an adoptable or trade from you but have not finished my side, I encourage that you only send it to me once my side of the trade has been finished. 
• If you use my art in any sort of hateful or negative way, you will be blacklisted.

Section 1.2 - payment

• Payment will always be up front.
• I only take paypal, ko-fi, or gcash. On rare occasions, I take DA Points. I will never take Amino Coins or any sort of cryptocurrency. I may also take in game currency, vouchers, or species currency (I.E beetoles)
• You may request a refund only if I have not started on a commission. Adoptables are non-refundable. If the commission is not up to your standard, I will give another free commission or adoptable as compensation.

Section 2 - adoptables

Please keep my adoptables up on toyhouse. If it was sold off site, please label accordingly. 

• Other than that, there are no specific rules to my adoptables. Use them as you please. Even monetarily. If you do use my designs for harmful things or generally things that I do not support, I will just add you to the blacklist and dissociate from the design entirely. Otherwise, I believe you have full freedom to do as you please.

Section 3 - commissions

Commissions usually take 1-3 weeks for me to finish. I usually update my clients within a week. However, I am a forgetful person. If you have not received any updates, I would appreciate if you kindly poke me about it.

• There may be complexity fees applied unless if stated.
• You may use the commission I have provided to you however you want as long as it isn’t in a hateful or harmful way. Just please do not act like you made it. 
• Unless if stated to me, I will use the art from the commission as advertising for my own commissions, as well as for posting it on social media with the right credit. These pieces will have watermarks that state who the commission is for.
• I will NOT draw the following:

• Designs from blacklisted people.
• Fetish art
• Hateful or harmful art

• I have the right to decline a commission if I see fit, however I will most likely always accept.
