This is simply a blacklist of people that I do not want others to be selling or trading my designs to. If you are caught doing so, you will be blacklisted. I will also not draw designs from them as it makes me uncomfortable. Please do not ask what the personal reasons are, I'm not here to spread anything about anyone if there's no good reason to as it is just personal.
