Rika is a trigger-happy and unstable individual. She is generally energetic and outgoing, but has a major disregard for safety which can lead to many people being wary of her, most notably her parents and Aiz. She often acts and speaks without thinking, causing her to sometimes do and say disrespectful or outrageous things. She has a knack for creating all kinds of weapons and often tests them out without holding back.
Despite her previous experiences, she doesn't understand how dangerous the munitions she creates can be. Her lack of understanding on the consequences of her actions creates a situation in which she continues her abrasive nature.

Rika is a pale-skinned five foot eight half-elf. Her eyes are half orange and half purple. She has long pink braided hair and straight-cut bangs. Part of her braid is pulled back by a blue ribbon. She adorns spiky goggles on the top of her head and a grey collared blouse with a dark blue regency cravat. She wears a medium brown corset with an open skirt and dark blue shorts. Her footwear consists of thigh-high laced and heeled boots with mechanical gear decorations.

Backstory
Rika grew up in a wealthy household and was treated well by her parents, possibly even spoiled. She was able to get a lot of the things she wanted, starting with anything mechanical. She loved tinkering with things and became well versed in crafting items. Once she was a teenager, she began constructing her own weaponry. Rika, being sheltered from most things that cause harm, paid no mind to how dangerous the inventions she made were.
Eventually, Rika's parents became rather concerned for her. They seemed to be afraid of their own child and soon began taking away a lot of the weapon parts Rika was using. Rika still found ways to make dangerous items and soon enough, her parents told her that she would be kicked out of the house at age eighteen. Despite this, Rika still had an addiction to creating weapons. So, when she was kicked out, she took it in stride.
Present Day
Rika was homeless for a bit, but found some jobs making weaponry here and there. One day she was able to start making weapons and modifications to mechs and made enough money to become financially stable, renting an apartment in the city.
