‣ My designs are only to be used by their current owner, unless they have permission from the owner to use.
‣ My designs are recognized as the color+marking combination it has. You may modify, but don't make it completely unrecognizable to the original.
‣ Anatomy traits (specie, apparel, lineart, style, injuries, ect) and mental traits (name, lore, personality, ect) can be freely altered and changed!
‣ You may resale, trade, and gift my designs. No scalping! If no art was added, the design's worth can't increase from the value you obtained it for.

While I do try to keep these terms updated to my current terms, I sometimes forget to update this on Toyhouse. You may check for possible changes on my website. My adopt/design terms rarely changed though, so its unlikely there are any! https://elfinstray.carrd.co
