Eun-Bi is somewhat reserved on the outside, but on the inside she is strong headed. She is polite and knows how to use her words when the situation requires it. She is easy to scare and quick to panic over small things. Eun-Bi likes to tell it as it is and neglects to use tack specifically around Seung-Gi, since he hasn't earnt her respect.

Eun-Bi had an average childhood as the second daughter of a farmer. Her older sister was married off to an older man a few villages away when she was 10 which left her alone to help their mother and father around the farm.
While picking wild mushrooms after a down pour, Eun-Bi accidently slipped and fell down a cliff into a raging river, she was unable to swim to shore as the river was fast and her clothes weighed her down. She quickly passed out. Her last memory was of a hand reaching out to her.
When she awakens she believes she is dead and in the Afterlife. She finds herself in a beautiful, peaceful, garden before encountering Ho Min-Sun who tells her she’s still alive. Grateful, she insists on thanking the one who saved her, whom Min-Sun gladly leads her to. Unfortunately she discovers her savior is a snobby kid and to her disbelief he insists on marrying her!

- Eun-Bi is mostly horrified by Seung’s snake form because she dislikes small, long creatures. Her dislike was born because her mother used to tell her stories of naughty children who had were punished with worms in their heads. Since then she could never quite shake her irrational fear and her skin crawls at the sight of anything small and long.
