Eugene is the owner of the rather old fashioned convenience store in town. He lives upstairs at that same store.
He's a mellow fellow, often met by Erina being one of his regular customers. His stock ranges from food to items and he can even refurbish your old and broken furniture if needed. Though the looks of his appearance he still got the spirit in him, as if he just turned 20!
What many people don't know is that he's also quite fond of fashion. Old fashion, I suppose I should make clear.
