Clown/jester who used to perform above the surface in a traveling circus. Specialized in ballet and balancing acts

Very good at balancing on his tippy toes, hence his stage name

After stopping in a specific town, he and several other performers were lured underground by Circe, who promised an exciting new atmosphere and work environment for those who accepted her offer. Skippy was mostly dragged along for the ride and had little interest in this endeavor. After her true intentions were revealed, Circe found the performers to be more trouble than they were worth, and she decided to sacrifice them for dangerous circus acts or personal feeding. However, she recognized that Skipper was of a more submissive sort, and saw the opportunity to manipulate him. Offering him a rare chance to survive, she claimed to enlist him to scout for new performers above the surface, convincing him that the only way for him to achieve this and return home was to first form a pact with a demon. After sealing their pact, she decided she would keep him as a regular performer instead, forcing him to live underground with her and the rest of the corrupt performers

Introverted, reserved, and timid; has trouble saying no and sticking up for himself and others

Easily disturbed and made uncomfortable

Dislikes physical contact, loud noises, and crowds

His large ears are rather sensitive to sound, and loud noises can easily startle or spook him

Typically judgmental and distrustful of others

Highly pessimistic, though this is in part to avoid getting his hopes up in such unfortunate circumstances

Often feeling unable to stand his ground, a lot of his negative feelings are suppressed and forced to build and fester within him. He's frequently grumpy and irritable as a result

Tends to come off as uptight and a buzzkill for not wanting to engage with others

After becoming one of Circe's puppets, he decided to fake a leg injury in the hopes that she would deem him useless and release him. However, in the process the injury became genuine, and rather than release him outright, she sought to continue making use of him by assigning him as Pumkin's handler

He's been offered a risky but rewarding deal: if he can convince Pumkin to form a pact with Circe, she'll let him go with no strings attached.
