This cloudy Umbreon looks gruff and serious, but they're a big soft sweetie on the inside. They're known to appear when other Pokemon are lost or hurt due to vicious weather conditions, either escorting them home or finding them immediate shelter. East has an unusual sense for when these conditions are approaching, something they do not understand the origin of; though they fear what the truth might be, the Umbreon has tried to use it for good regardless.
