It is not explained in any of her refs, but she is a Kerin! Ive seen alot of diferent interpretations of Kerin online, but like in Skylanders, Kerin are hybrids from any kind of dragon and horse type creature in the AU, so you tecnicaly wouldnt be incorrect if you called her a dragon or pegasus!

(She is the child of a wind dragon and a pegasus, her horn is entirely reminiscent of her quirk)
