"There goes my vacation again..."

• During a mission in Spain, became infected with a virus called Las Plagas
• he turned out to be immune
• but he couldn't afford for anyone to find out
• because he might be killed for it due to it being a security risk
• we've all played/seen the last of us, we know how this works
• a friend from the precinct named Redfield is there when it happens, and decides to keep it a secret
• in order to keep a close eye on Kennedy, Redfield ends up forcing Kennedy to be his new permanent work partner
• turns out Redfield has a soft spot for brats
• and Kennedy loves being a wise ass
• they go on missions together now, hoping to someday find a cure
• hoping that Kennedy's luck runs out
• but until then, it's bingo time, baby
