My designs cannot be sold for more than what they were bought for without added art. Price personal art as you will, but if you are caught hyperinflating the character this way, I will contact you.

You may slightly change the design via hue/saturation shifts, cropping, adding small details, etc. For Closed Species (CS) designs, you can redesign up to 80% (may change depending on the species ToS). If greatly changing the details of a design, contact me first, or make a new design if the changes are that drastic.

Do not submit ANY, commissioned or not, of my artwork to AI imaging websites or databases in that group. Do not use my artwork for NFTs, or any other cryptocurrency.

Any and all illustrations and designs rightfully belong to me. While you may have ownership of a character(s), you may not redistribute (without credit) my artwork/designs or claim it as your own.

I have the right to publicly use past designs for portfolios, and/or submit to public social media. I will respect your request if you do not want me publicly posting- but please inform me beforehand.

Unless said/paid for otherwise, my artwork is for personal use only. You are free to make keychains or other physical goods as long as these goods are not resold. I, the illustrator, will not be sending out any physical goods to any commissioner.

When posting off-site, credit me via Carrd or Twitter. Do not link my Toyhouse or Discord unless you are posting on-site.
