Shannon's personality is equally as intriguing. She is diligent and intelligent, with a strong sense of determination and loyalty. Shannon is caring, often resembling a doting parent, and will go out of her way to help those she cares about. She can be overbearing at times, but this is only because she wants to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Shannon is easy-going and can adapt to almost any situation, but she can also appear cold and distant at times. Despite this, she is a curious person who enjoys learning and exploring new ideas.

  • Shannon is a lovely combination of the Irish name Sionainn, meaning "possessor of wisdom," and the phrase sean-amhan, meaning "old river." Together, they form the intriguing meaning of "wise river." River Shannon is also the longest river in the British Isles, adding to its natural grace.
  • Eva is the Latinate counterpart of English Eve, derived from a Hebrew name meaning "life" or "living one".
  • Her maiden surname, Callaghan, is an Anglicised form of the Gaelic O' Ceallachain meaning "contention or strife", or now thought to be a much older word meaning "bright-headed".
