- He is the ex-boyfriend of Sam, they are still friends who work together at the same 'church' though
- Additionally he works for Giovanni (although Giovanni doesn't really like his deceptive religious 'teachings')
- Unlike Sam, Niccoló hates humans, he just pretends to be nice to them for reputation and professional reasons.
It is rare that he likes any human, so far it's only happened once in his life.  
- Niccoló is often pulling mean pranks and tricks on humans, he likes to frighten them with his non-mortal abilities
