Money and women is the way to Fuji’s heart, and more importantly, the way to all the knowledge that he possesses.

Fujiwara is a neutral party when it comes to gang relations. Everyone, no matter the affiliation, comes to him looking for information, and he'll snitch on anybody, as long as he benefits from it. He's a bit of a pain in the ass to those that deal with him,  but for the most part, they need him, and he plays the game well, so he's safe and left to do his business.

Not much is known about Fujiwara's origins. Everything about him is a question. Some say he's just a tourist who made himself at home here one day, other's says he was born and raised here. How else could he know so much about the goings-on?

One of the reasons that Fuji knows so much is because he's not afraid, not scared to ask the hard questions, and not afraid of coming off an asshole. He's always people watching, always listening, and that means, he's always working, even when he's having fun.
