The older brother to Yesfir, and the original Chosen One. However, he failed to prove himself worthy of taking on the task of saving Arroyo, and so Yesfir was chosen instead.
Bitter about being rejected, Taveen strikes out into the wasteland on his own, doing whatever works in his best interest.
The Evil playthrough to Yesfir's Good, but in the end, he sorta kinda mostly turns it around (if only to kick the Enclave's ass for earlier encounters. Plus Frank Horrigan kinda lookin explodable rn)
