Charles Wilson

Bio: 

     Prior to his mutation, Charlie was once a chief researcher at a top genetics company known as Gen-X, a rather shady company with an even questionable reputation to match. One day the company was contracted by the military to aid in a top-secret project known as "Project Moreau", A project involving the creation of human-animal hybrids for use in war, which his boss accepted. As months progressed it yielded nothing but failures as unwitting subjects were mutated into horrific monstrosities, while others permanently lost their humanity and succumbed to their animal instincts.

     Appalled by all the things he witnessed, Charlie tries to appeal to his boss in hopes of having him kill the project, which he refused. He tried to convince other researchers to quit, which they also refused. Seeing no other choice he became an anonymous whistleblower hoping the backlash will do it. However, his boss managed to caught on and tried to silence him any way he can, like bribery, threatening his career, wanting to take legal action, and even threatening his family. Which only fueled his desire more. Desperate; he had Charlie forcibly mutated as a part of a coverup in hopes he'll be a mindless creature just like the others before him. Only it wasn't the case, as unlike them he had a perfect body and still maintained full human intellect. After a couple of weeks of being experimented, he escaped and went into hiding, hoping to cure himself and expose his boss & the government.
