Crazy messenger guy.. has 50 mental disorders and giggles to himself in dark corners. Loved by many for his cute craziness, he is popular in Heaven and has even been in the presence of Goddeus himself, being trusted to deliver mail for him and also is the mascot of OCMA. Inside, he's fucked up mentally and has a demeanor more akin to a Fallen.. wishes everyone around him would explode sometimes.

extra stuff! he has tourette's; experiences echolalia, whistles, and motors in his extremities. if you watch him long enough, you'll notice sudden twitches and blinks in his wings and seekers as well.

i. regular
By default, Carmel is respectful and kind to anyone they meet- be it Heavenly or Fallen. This doesn't last for long though, as they're quick to form opinions and in order to shape their view of you, you have to really make yourself stand out to them. Fallen are more required to follow this, as they're even more quick to judge with the lesser-loved class.
Their opinions are often childish and aren't usually backed with much reason; characters you'd expect him to get along with, he doesn't, and those you'd expect him to hate, he actually gets along quite well with.
Carmel, too, has a bit of a bias- they are more loving towards feminine-aligned people and generally don't get along with masculine-aligned people. This kind of chivalry leaves them maybe even smothering towards feminine friends whence he gets to know them, though those he doesn't know well are greeted with clumsy-yet-courteous bows and sometimes overly-kind language.
note to carm! PIPEBOMB TRICKS ARE FOR MALES ONLY! NO FEMALE SHALL EVER BE GREETED WITH SUCH EXPLOSION AS THAT IS EXTREMELY RUDE!

Carmel just doesn't like him, end of story. There's no explaining it, they just like to make fun of em and generally don't enjoy being in his presence.
ii. heavenly
Carmel loves chatting with and getting to know other Heavenly Angemos! He's generally more receptive to them and makes sure to greet them in passing, there aren't many ways for a heavenly to get on his bad side, really. Except if they like Fallen. Or smell. Or have a bad sense of fashion. Or don't like the things he does- on second thought, maybe there are a lot more ways than he thinks. Either way, he's more likely to trust one of his own then a smelly Fallen.

Carmel is very respectful to attractive masculine Angemos. Anyone taller than him with long hair and effortless beauty probably only get to see him from afar, as he's often too shy to talk to them face to face outside of pleasant greetings- all due in part to easily falling in love. While they've never had a partner in their life, they have had plenty of one-sided crushes on men they see around Heaven's Peak. Their type is very clearly evident and others know it, often making jokes about who might be their next crush.

I HATE FALLEN! I HATE THEM SO MUCH! THEY'RE THE SCUM OF HEAVEN'S PEAK, IF THEY COULD DIE I WOULD KILL THEM ALL WITH MY BARE HANDS!!!!!! THEY ARE USELESS LITTLE WORMS THAT DESERVE NOTHING THAN TO BE USED BY HEAVENLY, OR EVEN MORE FITTINGLY SENT TO HELL WHERE THEY BELONG!!!!! THEY SHOULDN'T EVEN BE REGARDED AS ANGEMOS!!!! URRAAAAGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!

note for carm. Please try to be more accepting towards Fallen, Carmel. They were once like you, many only became the way they are due to foolish mistakes that they now regret deeply. outlier - cherubim
Despite being Fallen, Carmel doesn't hate Cherubim like he does others. While he's the first Angemo to ever be pipebombed by Carmel, they actually enjoy pranking him in good fun and don't hold any malice intent towards him. He even considers Cherubim a friend, always calling him by the nickname 'Bim-Bim.'
