everyone meet living proof of my terrible naming skills. /hj
scapegoat doesn't age; they've been 16 for thousands of years. it's seen the world burn down and get rebuilt fifty times over. it is not immortal, though — the only thing it can't die from is old age.
it and Isabelle Concity hate each other for reasons i haven't decided yet.
fun fact: this character was originally intended to be a sona and nothing else. but i gave them lore so now they are no longer a sona.
Scapegoat's immortality and Dreary's death go hand-in-hand - they were caused by the same thing. The curse forced them to stay with each other forever, so to speak. Ever since it happened, they became a story / myth / legend among the neighborhood and most of the towns around it. They've moved out of there, but it's been 5000 years. Of course the story had spread worldwide and was being shared as a "folk's tale" and a "part of culture that needs to be preserved". Scapegoat hates that, obviously. Their curse is a culture now? How disrespectful. The folk don't even have the slightest understanding of the hardships they went through.
