Tolia is Noah's younger twin. He works for the Avean royals, although he's so suspicious people doubt what he's up to. He's money-obsessed, but it's all for a goal. Tolia knows what he wants and is willing to do anything to get it. Yes. Anything.

He's a scary person when he smiles. It's unfortunate, because it does not show when he's genuinely happy except to those who know him best.

Tolia is a member of the Lian family. His mother is a Lian, and his father is not. Being the only twin to inherit some traits from the Lian family, he feels responsible for his sister and tries hard to be accepted.
