The newest official addition to the Operators, Norina is still trying to find her place amongst the others.
While she shows promise, she tends to downplay her abilities and usefulness compared to the others. Perhaps it's just the insecurity of being new, or perhaps there's more to it than that.

Having lost her little brother to a tragedy, Norina was beside herself. The two had done everything together since they were young. Born just years apart, she'd never really known life without him, and so trying to adapt to such a change was anything but easy.
the accident
The intense emotions that Norina was feeling soon would culminate into what was called a 'freak accident' by the authorities. Though it was no accident, not really. Her and Eskel had been working on a serum that could potentially boost a caster's powers past even Primal. It was an attempt to harness the power of Hell's Core.. It didn't work quite as intended.
reunited
Though she was aprehended and contained by the government, they were unable to hold her for too long. Partially because of her enhanced abilities, and partially because Zuriel and Eskel came to get her. Although confused, Nori was mostly just overjoyed to have her brother back. Even though he's different now, they still spend most of their time together.
