Elian

Elian, also known by his true name Mordien, is the primordial chaos deity of Lelriera and the only child of Hjalla (life) and Vanhil (death). He is greatly cherished by his parents and the other gods that reside in Faedai (netherworld). As the offspring of gods that were once mortals in the Old World, Elian is more innocent and compassionate compared to his fellow deities. His conception led to the creation of Lelriera, its inhabitants, and the deities that did not originate from the Old World. However, his essence and consciousness are divided between Mordien (Elian) and Chairath, the chaos beast and demiurge.

Mordien represents creation and is the Elian that everyone meets, sees, and considers the "true" Elian who wanders Lelriera and Pensea (underworld). On the other hand, Chairath embodies chaos and destruction, appearing as a chimeric beast with the horns and wings of a dragon, the head and body of a wolf covered with eyes, and a tail with a snake's head at its tip. It emerged upon Elian's conception as a fully grown beast, predating Elian's birth in his human form. This makes Elian the only deity with biological parents for centuries before Edysseia (Chandra and Tancred's daughter) and Khadi (Kieran and Caelzar's son).

He also has three multi-eyed black spectral raven familiars named Hyrlethe, Dreinyd, and Sylez. Although Elian can summon as many ravens as he desires, only these three are sentient and can shapeshift. With this, they can appear in human form with wing-like appendages covering their eyes, resembling a mask, and sharp talon-like nails with black markings extending from their hands to their lower arms, similar to Elian's. Although the three familiars have distinct personalities, they share an unyielding loyalty to Elian and are willing to do anything for him, without exception.
