I havent found nice looking glitch brushes for Paintool SAI 2 yet so I just made them myself. Choose different background and forground colors to get the best look. Layer modes like: dodge, hard light, shine work best with them.
To use this brushes you need some basic understanding how to set up brushes in SAI 2
Use them to spice up your backgrounds and get more dynamic in your art.

Scatter brush forms for Paintool SAI 2. The Settings are saved in the ini files so you only have to choose the shape you want to use. Inclueded are 8 brush forms in the pack. Some with bigger particles and some if smaller ones. I added a txt file to explain where you need to put them in your folders.
