Phorciés

Phorciés is an incredibly patient seahorse, which is pretty much a necessity for being Gany's familiar. He's been by Gany's side since he was young; he was a gift from the King and Queen to assist their son with his blossoming aptitude for magic, as well as to hopefully keep him on a proper path as he grew up. Seahorses are revered in Aventi culture, and so a seahorse familiar is quite fitting for the crown prince.

Unfortunately, having a seahorse familiar is less convenient outside of the ocean. Now that Gany has taken to living on land, Phorciés is mostly resigned to living in a magical floating glass sphere, draped in gold and jewels. He prefers the openness of the sea, but more than anything, Phorciés wants to keep Gany safe and assist him in any way he can.
