Cooper

The classic orphan backstory. His father left him as a child and his mother barely made it through her pregnancy, dying only a few months afterwards. Stuck in an orphanage, Cooper was mistreated and started off his life in a bad position. He ran away frequently, prefering to live on the streets than in the abusive orphanage home. Eventually it came to a point where they would no longer let him back in. He succumbed to stealing and mugging to get money to buy basic necessities. It was life on the street that brought him to realize his power: controling his own blood. Cooper has a self-defense rule, but others encourage him to use it for good/evil. With this power came a terrible secret that he hides, deepening the conflict withing himself and his decision. Currently he lives in a shabby apartment with a job, but stealing from those he feels can be taken from.
