A buff lady I originally created for a Vieja Escuela Cyberpunk campaign set in ~2080 in a sort of Earth replica after-all-went-to-shit planet. Unlike with poor Robert, my stat-rolling was on point, and she's an absolute beast as a character, so I had to nerf her with post-war PTSD and moral and family issues.

Personality: 

It takes a lot of experience and a lot of effort to make Zhao lose her temper (Chip succeeds from time to time). She is considerably empathetic and prone to giving second chances. She also likes to keep active and is always doing something to keep herself busy, even if it's just reading. She is a very tidy person and cleans her house frequently.

Zhao prefers to make plans rather than improvise and gets annoyed when the plans she carefully designed for everyone’s safety are not followed (and outright ignored). Being a serious person, she takes missions with due seriousness and expects the same from the rest of the people involved. Even though Zhao abides by a strict moral code and is as lawful as possible in her day to day life; however, as far as missions are concerned, she will not hesitate to attack and cause serious trouble to any corporation or gang involved in human trafficking, the manufacture and/or distribution of implants (mainly black market, but she doesn't look kindly on legal implants either) or any activity that directly infringes on the freedom, health and dignity of people.

Zhao has a serious problem that lies in considering that people who have a morality that she considers murky or null lack feelings; she does not consider them as persons, but as synths, and treats them as such. Dehumanizing them makes her feel no remorse when she murders them.

Zhao has abysmal contempt for synths, robots, implants (and anyone who gets rich off them) and anything she considers unhuman. She would have no problem with aliens as long as these are capable of displaying human-like emotions.

Her experience at the front and what happened to her father have made her deeply anti-war and critical of the state and current world politics.
