Born into a lower class family, Delancy had always dreamed of what life would be like if she was rich. She'd work hard every day, even as a child in hopes of earning some money. It was difficult, sure, but she'd do anything to reach her dream.
She'd often work several jobs at a time to make sure her and her parents would have a place to stay and would have food on their table.
As the years flew by, Delancy often found herself working at bars, either as a waitress or... something else. It's not like she had much of a choice, as her father was sick at the time. Luckiny for her, flattery could get you quite literally anything as long as you have good looks.
during one of her jobs at a bar, Delancy coincidentally came across old money. A young man that she heard was to inherit his parents' money, a millionare. She was quick to take action, and soon enough, she had slipped right into the family, narrying the millionaire
Oh how Delancy adored living life in luxury, truly it was the American Dream, and as if things couldn't be better, Delancy had her millionaire husband completely under her control. He'd do anything for her, he'd buy her the finest jewelry, have her throw the grandest of parties, and serve her the finest of delicacies.
Though, during a particular party, Delancy had met someone that would change her life forever, at that moment, she had fallen for a man she had never met in her life, it was truly love at first sight.
Delancy would throw more parties much more frequently afterward, hoping that she would see him again, she would do anything just to be with him
