Melanistic!Cynder

Cynder is mostly the same, aside from being far too good at blending into shadows and having a boosted immune system, as most melanistic animals do. Her melanistic coloration comes from her father Stormich, who is a melanistic wind dragon. 

Teaches Spyro Shadow because it's fun and to help protect him from the sun.

Drew her with 5 digits (4 toes + thumb claws) on each limb previously, now draw her with 4 (3 toes + thumb claw)

Can cross over with my TEN Bad End AU, King Spyro, Post DOTD or Evil Married Couple AUs

Has a Borzoi-like body type, with a bit of lurcher thrown in

• She/her
• 15 years old
• autistic, ADHD/ADD and PTSD
• melanistic
• Wind/Shadow/Fire hybrid
• missing  dewclaw on at least one of her back paws (it was probably cut off to  prevent it from catching on something and being ripped off during battle  or actually ripped off during a battle)
• picks at the places where her shackles used to be, resulting in lots of scarring
• has  permanent nerve damage and chronic pain from being forced to grow too  fast while corrupted (and from when Spyro decorrupted her. Aether is a  heckuva power, man.)
• still has her dark fire, but chooses not to use it 
• has spurs on elbows and ankles
• very l o n g wings and tail
• wing shape based off falcons
  
• tends to blend into shadows  or dark places without realizing it, and Spyro will often look around  frantically to see if she’s still there
• the only thing visible are her eyes
• will often use her shadow powers to sink underground if she’s feeling mischievous/throwing a tantrum/having a sensory overload
• inherited melanism from Wind dragon side of the family
• HATES hot weather
• prefers her mornings cold and crisp, thank you very much
