Silas's intent and desires heavily influences his jump location. Many times, Silas isn't consciously aware of what desire led him to a certain universe, or what he should do to fulfill that desire to return home.

Not this time. Silas is painfully aware of what he wants from this universe. What he wants from Ittuatuq. The strange life force in abundance in this town is just what he needs to free Vellian. It's only a matter of how to get a lot of it, and find a way to transfer it to his universe.

But it is hard not to get sidetracked when you see an alternate version of your sibling in danger.

His universe is a few years behind Ittuatuq's universe (Sidereal being 2023 vs Ittuatuq being 2030.) He would be 31 if he were to have been born in this universe.
Once he finds out Atticus is trans he has this fuckin. Epiphany moment once he thinks back to his sibling in his own universe. like ohhhh okay hes probably gonna come out in a few years too. good for him.

Silas knew Atticus had to be related to him the moment he saw his face. Silas has a great fondness and desire to protect Atticus, bond with him, and simply know more about him. He struggles to figure out how to introduce himself at first, but once they do, they become just like any other pair of brothers. Silas can't help but compare Atticus both to his real sibling back home, and Vellian, another human stuck in a technological body. Maybe Atticus' can help him figure out Vellian...

When Silas arrived in the world, Tasiraq was immediately amused by him. She knew something was up with him, but didn't have the understanding of what. Either way, he was not immune to her numerous pranks. Initially considering her a nuisance, once he finds out about her relationship with Atticus and actually started talking to her, he's warmed up to her.

An unlikely duo it would seem. The two do have a strange connection with one another, spurred on after Igsi's self-inflicted exile when Paliq lost to Yumeji. With the two of them both living outside around that time, the two inevitably bumped into each other. Though they aren't particularly friends, they have talked to each other about their tough situations in vague ways. They continue these chats under solemn nights, away from gods and stars alike.
