Story.
Romeo Metis Moore is the only child of Ronald Moore, a genius scientist and crime lord, and Roselle Moore. Sadly, Roselle Moore would abandon her family when Romeo was only 10 years of age, suddenly and out of the blue. This cause his father to remarry with a woman named, Nancy Robinett (Now Moore.) Romeo and Nancy never truly got along, becoming bitter and resentful towards the woman who seemed to be hogging all of his father’s attention. Despite this, Romeo was still a fairly decent and well-adjusted young man, and extremely intelligent for his age. However, he grew up very lonely with no friends. That all changed when he would meet a girl that would change his life forever… a girl by the name of Allison Conway.
The two tweens were 13 at the time, and still trying to figure themselves out, but if there’s one thing that they bounded over is their shared love of alchemy and other forms of arcane science. Romeo ended up falling head over heels in love with Allison, playing her to marry her one day. The two were inseparable in middle school.
After they graduated from middle school, Allison went on a family vacation with her family for the summer, leaving Romeo alone in their hometown of, Clayburrow. While initially okay with it, the longer she was gone, the more anxious he became. What if she found a better boyfriend while she was vacationing with her family. What if they were trying to convince her that he wasn’t good enough for her. What if she was going to leave him like his mother left him. Distraught at these thoughts consuming his waking days, Romeo desperately turned to his father for guidance. Instead of calming his son’s emotions and reassuring him, he only fueled these thoughts with vapid and shallow image of women. Under his father’s corruption, Romeo’s thoughts of the girl he loves were forever tainted.
Romeo’s jealous and possessive behavior ramped up even further. Escalating to him ordering a hit on two of Allison’s friends, as well as her uncle. Romeo use her grief to manipulating her into thinking that he would change. That he would be a better man. All they needed to do is get through the wedding and everything will be fine. Come the day of the wedding, Romeo would knock on his fiancé’s door as she was late for the ceremony… only to be greeted with the horror of a trashed and empty room with a single note on the bed… Allison had abandoned him at the altar. Romeo had a full-blown mental breakdown at his home. After everything they went through, after all he’s given her, after all he did to keep her by his side… and she ended up leaving him anyway. He became desperate, using every family resource he had to look for her and hunt her down. This would lead to a huge blowout with his parents, ending with their gruesome murder. With Ronald out of the way, and Romeo now the head of Moore Industries, Romeo was able to dedicate his time to his research and finding his runaway bride. He fueled his rage and his grief into creating beings that would never betray him. Never abandon him. Thus, he created “The Hive.” With his plan in proper motion, he was off to find what he was really after… his bride. The search would ultimately lead him to Hollow Port, but with this being a city of opportunity, it was also an opportunity for high crime. His reputation in Clayburrow would not help him here. He needed to join forces with someone… Enter, Belladonna Weiss. Bella saw a display of Romeo’s work at the black market, and gladly offered her resources, so he could continue his work. After sweet-talking his way into her heart, her wallet and connections were a short distance away. With Belladonna’s aid, he soon sat as the top of one of the most dangerous kingpins of Hollow Port. But it’s lonely at the top, and Romeo is willing to do whatever it takes to get Allison back into his arms… whether she wants to or not. He won’t be abandoned again…
