Peyton grew up to a couple in a flashy and showy city where people did a bunch of performance type of occupations (ex. performers, dancers, contestants). He was just attracted to all these shows just as much as everyone else was, and he inspired to do something similar of the sort. He grew up doing a bunch of street performances and breakdancing to attract the public's eye. You could say he was used to being flashy himself, but as he got older he began to be more docile. It was kind of hard to do 'regular' jobs because he was always so spunky and energetic. Peyton was also a really loud and exuberant Growlithe during his childhood days. Life to him was pretty dull even though Nimbasa City was all about the glamour and show bizz life. He was tired of spotlights and decided he wanted to pursue a more normal life. He went to Faelva to live a more paced life. Some normality wouldn't hurt!
