Revis

ORIGINS

Revis is a young non-binary Vastaya who used to be a proud and skilled hunter in Ionia, known for their hawk-like vision and ability to see from long distances. However, after an accident that led to their death, they became half Wraith and half Vastayan, with flames replacing feathers around their arms, thighs, and head. They wear a mask that represents their facial sculpture and have a bright green-blue flame covering their whole body, with only their arms and thighs showing through. Despite their playful and outgoing personality before death, they now appear more distant and cautious. Revis is still a skilled hunter and always carries a trusted dagger and small potions with chemicals to distract predators or danger. They have formed relationships with Thresh the Chain Warden and Vex the Gloomist, sharing a love for dark arts and crafts involving magic.

EARLY LIFE

Revis is a Vastaya, a chimeric race of Runeterra that are the weaker magical descendants from enlightened mortals that took the power of the spirit realm into themselves known as the Vastayashai'rei. They were born and raised in Ionia, where they learned the art of hunting from a young age. Revis quickly became one of the proudest and most well-known hunters in the region, known for their exceptional hawk-like vision and their ability to take down even the most dangerous prey. As an adult, Revis continued their hunting and adventuring, always eager for the next challenge. They were often accompanied by Hazor, full vastayan bird who often protect their recklessness from dangers and also very fun to hang around with and together they formed a formidable duo. One with skills of hunter with daggers and variate traps, and other with illusions to lure preys and predators alike in shadows

RUINATION

However, everything changed during the Ruination when Viego, the Ruined King, caused chaos throughout the land. During one mission with Hazor and others, Revis was taken by the Black Mist, the same mist that turned them into a half-Wraith creature. They woke up after the event with no memory of how they died or what happened to them. Revis struggled to come to terms with their new half-Wraith, half-Vastaya form, and found it difficult to connect with others in the same way they once had. During their solitary hunts, Revis encounters Thresh the Chain Warden, a sadistic and cunning spirit from the Shadow Isles who delights in tormenting and imprisoning souls. Initially wary of Thresh's malevolence, Revis eventually develops a crush on him, discovering a hidden side beyond his cruelty. Through conversations and shared past experiences, they form a complex partnership, finding solace and mutual understanding together despite the dangers involved.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THRESH

Revis and Thresh share a complex and multifaceted relationship that defies expectations and challenges both characters' perceptions of love, redemption, and their own identities. As they continue to cross paths during their separate endeavors, Revis starts to question their own judgments and delves deeper into Thresh's past. They discover that Thresh wasn't always the embodiment of cruelty and torment, but rather a spirit consumed by a thirst for power and control. RELATIONSHIP WITH HAZOR

Revis and Hazor were close friends and allies in the past. They fought together on several missions, including during the Ruination when Viego caused chaos. They trusted each other and had each other's back in battle. Revis respected Hazor's skill as a hunter and often admiried his charms whenever he didn't had to worry about dangers, they have always been friends ever since they were toddlers, often getting in troubles because of Revis's perhaps. But Despite it all, they shared gret memories of adventures and curiosity of new path to explore and hunt down. Shame that they never found out that Hazor replaced their title and eventually betrayed Ionia and Vastayans

RELATIONSHIP WITH VEX

Revis and Vex's friendship began when they met during a mutual quest to explore the Shadow Isles. Revis became a supportive confidant to Vex, who often struggled with feelings of isolation and loneliness. In turn, Vex's dry wit and quick thinking helped Revis to see the lighter side of life and not take everything so seriously. They often went on daring missions together, using their unique skills to complement each other and achieve their goals. Vex was always eager to share her knowledge of the Shadow Isles with Revis, while Revis helped Vex to come out of her shell and connect with others and both sharing loves for dark arts and crafts
