Commission Information

1. You may not replicate my artwork and/or claim it as your own. All art still belongs to me. This means that if you violate my TOS I may ask the art to be removed from a character's page and anywhere you have shared it.
2. You may not remove my watermark from any drawing I make.
3. All payments are final. All amounts are in USD. Payments are usually made after the first sketch has been approved, but exact time of payment can be discussed.
4. Depending on commission type, the commission can be expected to be finished within two weeks. HOWEVER - larger commissions can take longer and be prepared to wait up to 4-6 weeks.
5. You may sell characters that I have provided artwork for.
6. You may post your commission elsewhere, however, please credit back to me.
7. You may request changes up to one week after you have received the commission, after that, the layered files are deleted.
8. A .png file will be sent to you in the method of your choice, no layered or .sai files will be given.
9. Unless you explicitly state otherwise, I will often use art I have made for you as a commission example. If you do not want me to show your commission elsewhere, please say beforehand.
10. You cannot use any of my art for AI or NFT usage.
11. Unless we discuss beforehand, commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.

Will not draw: NSFW regarding explicit sexual content, unless you are a close friend. Any hate work, especially targeted to a specific person.
Will Draw: Pretty much anything else! I'll let you know if I'm not quite as experienced with a subject material, but I will usually still attempt. I'm not so great at robots, mechs, vehicles, and large cityscapes.
