A wanderer, she’s been many places but has never stayed in one since Idaho. Mostly out of fear she’d loose it all again. She holds great sentiment for everywhere she’s been but could never stand to settle down until a certain courier almost as lost as Charlotte herself came along, finally convincing the ghoul to do all she’s wanted for years and find herself a home.

Story

Charlotte lost her family when the war started, they hid in a vault leaving Charlotte behind. The first few years were rough, she left Washington for Idaho and took a small farm there eventually raising animals and crops. She stayed there for years, slowly turning into a ghoul before a couple of raiders came and overtook her farm and she fled. She had nothing but the clothes on her back and a gun. Without anywhere to go she took to wandering the wasteland, keeping bits and pieces of everywhere she went. To make caps she started working as a gun-for-hire, something she didn’t particularly enjoy but she had the skills and it definitely paid. She would continue on like this for another couple of years until she stopped in a small town in Nevada, Goodsprings, there she would meet Rivers, a courier who’d gotten shot in the head twice and somehow recovered from it all. The two would partner up and became quick friends with Rivers convincing Charlotte to stay in Nevada. She continued her travels with him, even going as far as to fight alongside him in the second battle for Hoover Dam. She would move to Freeside and start working as a seamstress, dropping the paid gun act forever, fixing and making clothes for anyone who came out to her shop.
